Pasticceria Freni accepts payments by Paypal, Credit card or Bank transfer.
All the goods purchased on this website are produced or packed in our production facility in Milan and are usually sent in 2-3 working days from the day we receive the client's order and payment.
Delivery date depends on destination town and Country, but usually takes 3 days from goods packing date (ie: 6 days from order and payment).
Delivery service must be chosen according to destination the Country: if destination Country is not in the list provided (Area 1 - Area 2 - Area 3) please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Orders with destination Countries not matching any of the destinations in the lists provided will be cancelled and a refund will be made.
Summer holidays: deliveries will not be made between August 8th and August 28th inclusive (last order accepted by: August 1st)
Winter holidays: deliveries will not be made between December 20th and January 7th inclusive (last order accepted by: December 16th)
All orders placed in the periods reported above will be sent immediately after the holiday period.
Unwanted products or defective ones purchased on this website may be returned only in their original and sealed packaging to: F.lli Freni srl Pasticceria Siciliana, Via Passione nr.8/10, 20122 Milano Italy.
Shipping costs will be entirely at the expense of the customer returning the unwanted or defective product.
Prior to returning the unwanted or defective product and within the 10 (ten) days from receiving it, the customer must send a registered letter to the following address:

In the registered letter the customer will have to explain the reasons for returning the unwanted or defective product.
